House Matchmaker was founded by Luis Flores and Alma Flores — a brother-and-sister team who believe a home is never just a transaction. It's where your family's life happens, and we treat it that way.
House Matchmaker started with a simple idea between a brother and a sister: real estate should feel personal. Not a call center, not a sales pitch — a family business that knows Houston's streets, answers its own phones, and negotiates every deal like family is moving in.
That idea became our mission: match people with homes — and stand beside them from the first search to the final signature. Buyers get honest guidance and a negotiator in their corner. Sellers get pricing, presentation, and marketing that treats their home like the prized possession it is.
Today, from our office in Houston's Galleria area, Luis & Alma serve buyers, sellers, investors, and families relocating to Houston — in English and in Spanish. Se habla español.

Houston Realtor® — your House Matchmaker
Luis helps buyers find and win their dream home, and sellers get top dollar for theirs. SOLD is his favorite word — and he negotiates like it. When you work with Luis, you get his eye for value, his feel for Houston's neighborhoods, and his phone number — not a call queue.
